A Swedish company needed a better way to manage users of its multi-dimensional data analysis platform for gene expression profiling and spectroscopic data analysis. The product offered three subscription tiers and required robust user access management based on the subscription level.
Technology Solution
IncubXperts developed a lightweight, API-enabled License Management system to seamlessly integrate with the core platform. Key features include:
- Subscription Management: Enables creation of users and subscription plans (Trial, Basic, Advanced).
- Module-Level Access: Admins can assign access based on subscription tier and module requirements.
- Authentication via JWT: Ensures secure user authentication using JWT tokens generated by the License Management system.
- Lean API Layer: REST APIs authenticate users at login and manage access tokens, all hosted on Azure Functions.
- Automation Tested: APIs validated using Rest Assured for reliability and security.
